ABOUT THE POSITION

As a production administrator, you will become a central part of the operation and an important link between operations, logistics, and administration. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate weighings, clear documentation, and smooth material flows. The role involves working in an environment where routines are continuously developed, giving you good opportunities to influence working methods and contribute to an efficient and professional flow in daily operations. With your structure and service mindset, you will create order and stability in a changing organization.

The work takes place on-site with the client in Halmstad and begins as a consultant through us at Academic Work, with good opportunities for employment with the client company in the long term.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role involves being the cohesive link in a dynamic environment, focusing on administrative management, logistics flows, and system support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Weighing incoming and outgoing trucks
• Coordinating production, receivers, and transporters for ongoing planning of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Monitoring material quality and complaints to ensure correct invoicing
• Managing and reporting follow-up and statistics
• Continuously handling tasks to ensure accurate closing by verifying that received weights are registered and that orders are correctly priced

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a recognized post-secondary education in economics or logistics, where economics is an advantage
• Has good communication skills with fluent Swedish as a requirement
• Has a good ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Is structured and organized
• Has the ability to handle numbers & possesses good logical analytical skills
• Has basic knowledge of administration
• Is proficient in data & systems

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of material declarations
• Experience with inspection schedules
• A technical interest in the recycling industry
